About Us

Lundy Training Kennels is owned and operated by Lewis Lundy and Tobi Elbel in the Columbia, SC area. Our kennel philosophy is based on the combination of Lewis’ 18 years as a trainer of dogs and people in obedience and Schutzhund, and Tobi’s experience in animal behavior and veterinary medicine. We believe that training with your dog offers much more than obedience and discipline. It offers the ability to become a true team with your dog, whether on the Schutzhund field, at the local park, or in your home. We understand that each handler and dog require a specialized training program specific to their goals, experience, ability, and temperament. Our goal is to build that customized program on a foundation of our mutual knowledge and experience.
